Day 1
Arrival in Tanzania: Arusha

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your professional safari guide. You will then be transferred to your hotel in Arusha for check-in, relaxation, and recovery after your journey.

Arusha is known as the safari capital of northern Tanzania. Nestled at the base of Mount Meru, it is the main gateway to Tanzania’s most famous national parks and offers a blend of urban life and natural beauty.

Arusha: Rest & City Exploration

Enjoy a leisure day to rest and adjust after travel.
You will meet your safari coordinator for a detailed briefing of the upcoming adventure.
Later, explore Arusha with options including:

  • Local markets and craft shops
  • Cultural experiences

Relaxed dining in town.

Day 2
Day 3 – 4
Arusha to Longido

Destination: Longido

Overview: A quiet Maasai region known for scenic landscapes and authentic cultural encounters.

After breakfast, depart for Longido.
The drive offers beautiful views of open plains and opportunities for wildlife sightings.
Activities may include:

  • Cultural interactions with Maasai communities
  • Light walking excursions

Lake Natron via Kitumbeine

Destination: Lake Natron

After breakfast, transfer to Kogatende Airstrip for a scenic flight to Manyara.
Upon arrival, transfer to Karatu for overnight stay and relaxation.

Karatu: Tarangire National Park

Destination: Tarangire National Park

Overview: Famous for its large elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, and seasonal wildlife concentration.

After breakfast, drive to Tarangire National Park for a full-day game drive.

On your final day:

  • Transfer to the airport for departure
